1. Add a blank block above the heading and give it a background colour.
2. Select the heading, divider, and text, then press tab. This will indent it, making them child blocks of the blank one.
3. Add a blank block under the smaller text for the padding at the bottom.

1. Add a blank block above the heading and give it a background colour.
2. Add a sub-page below the blank block, select it, and press tab to indent it.
3. Drag your content into the new page and put it into columns there.
4. Return to the parent page, right-click the sub-page and turn it into Text. This will allow you to have columns within columns.
5. With your cursor in the blank block directly above the new inner columns, type # then space to create a Heading 1 block. You'll notice this fixes the alignment issues.
6. Press delete once to revert the heading block to text, and then delete again to remove that blank text block.
